Q: How does your factory handle quality control?
A: Quality comes first. Our QC team always pays close attention to quality control from the beginning to the end of the production process. Before each product is packed for shipment, it will be fully assembled and thoroughly inspected.
Q. May I have a sample of marble?
A: Certainly, please advise your address and shipping at your cost.
Q: How is your packing?
A: Normally we pack our stone with fumigated wooden Crates (foam and plastic film inside) with plastic strips in 6 sides, further strengthened with iron sheet in the corner.
Q: What's your payment term?
A: 30% deposit by T/T, balance against copy of B/L.
Q: Are you able to do the custom order as per given shop drawing?
A: Yes, we have strong ability to produce the order as requested.
Q: Besides marble slab and tiles, do you supply other stone products?
A: Yes, we supply marble stairs, columns, mouldings, window sill, door surround, wall panels, etc. All of these products are custom made.
