Select Blocks From Quarry
The first step is to select good blocks from the Quarry. Granite blocks are extracted from a quarry site using heavy machinery, such as excavators and cranes. The blocks are then transported to the processing plant for further refinement.
Cut blocks
Once the order is confirmed, our supervisors will select the good blocks for production. The rough granite blocks are cut into slabs of the desired thickness using Multi-blade cutting machines. The slabs are then dressed and shaped using our Infrared ray cutting machines. This step is critical as it determines the final appearance and dimensions of the product.
Surface Process : Polish, or flame, or bush-hammer)
The processed granite slabs are subjected to a surface finishing process. This step involves polishing the surface to create the desired texture. Different techniques such as honed, polished, bush-hammered, and flamed finish are utilized to create unique finishes for different products.
Cutting slabs into tiles
The processed granite slabs are then cut by infrared cutting machines into various products such as countertops, tiles, and monuments. This process involves cutting and shaping the slabs to the specific dimensions of the desired product. Edges are polished to create a smooth finish.
Dry-laying service and Coating Waterproof, Inspection
Each piece of granite product is displayed on floor and inspected. If waterproof coating is required, then we will clean the stone surface and coat the sealant on the stone. after the granite products are dry, we will take photos to clients for approval.
Packing and Loading
Once the client approves our products, we will pack them and load the goods into containers as per the shipment schedule.
