Process of Limestone Products

3. Polishing:
Once the larger slabs are cut, the honing and polishing process takes place. During the polishing process, the slabs are grounded with the help of machines using diamond abrasives. Polished results in a uniform and smooth surface, ready to be further refined to the desired finish.
4. Cutting slabs into tiles:
After polishing, the limestone slabs are then cut to the required size and shape using infrared ray cutting machines. Once again, skilled workers use machinery to cut to size and shape.
5. Secondary processing:
Secondary processing of the limestone tiles involves shaping the edges. The edges may be shaped to any desired specification such as chamfer, bullnosed, or bevelled as per the need.
6. Dry-laying Service:
