Terrazzo Products Description
Terrazzo is a product made by mixing aggregates such as crushed stone, glass, and quartz with cement binder to form a concrete product, which is then polished on the surface. Terrazzo made with cement adhesive is called inorganic terrazzo stone, while terrazzo made with epoxy adhesive is also called epoxy terrazzo stone or organic terrazzo stone.
Traditional terrazzo has a huge market in China due to its unique advantages such as low cost, the ability to mix colors and patterns freely, and convenient construction. As many as one billion square meters of terrazzo flooring have been used in various types of buildings in urban and rural areas across the country.
Advantages of terrazzo
After the high-end terrazzo (also known as commercial terrazzo) is treated with high gloss, the high brightness reaches 70-90 degrees, and the dust and slip resistance reach the quality of marble.
Wear resistant terrazzo with a surface hardness of 6-8 levels.
Ready made or prefabricated terrazzo, can be freely spliced with colors, and colors can be customized.
The new terrazzo does not crack, is not afraid of heavy vehicles rolling, is not afraid of heavy objects dragging, and does not shrink or deform.

Inorganic terrazzo is non combustible, non sparking, aging resistant, stain resistant, corrosion-resistant, odorless, and pollution-free.

Commercial terrazzo can be designed with any pattern to achieve a beautiful decorative effect.

Production Basis
The Quanzhou Regenerated Stone Industry Chain Intelligent Industrial Park is located in Guanqiao Town, with a land area of 150,000 square meters. The project of the entire industry chain of recycled stone in the park construction is a provincial key industrial project that integrates multiple functions such as raw materials, research and development, intelligent manufacturing, finished products, and transportation of recycled stone.
We plan to construct 10 automated quartz stone slab production lines, 4 automated grinding machine production lines, and 1 fully intelligent countertop production line for the entire industry chain of recycled stone. We will also have two sets of recycled stone waste forming machinery and two sets of inorganic stone forming machinery, equipped with advanced systems such as intelligent feeding, material rapid transit, edge precision machining, and fine processing. The park is built according to the international Industry 4.0 standard, achieving a 100% CNC rate in key production processes. Through the Internet of Things technology, advanced equipment such as automatic flipping feeding machines and intelligent cutting machines are intelligently interconnected, achieving efficient and automated integrated processing of raw material boards to home countertops. Empowered by 5G, a new benchmark for automation and intelligence in the recycled stone production industry has been created. In terms of equipment intelligence, green energy conservation and environmental protection, reuse of crushed stone powder, and product innovation, it has reached the international leading level.
Regenerated marble production base
The recycled marble production base currently has multiple internationally advanced fully automated production lines, including fully enclosed environmentally friendly grinding machine production lines, press production lines, large cutting production lines, etc. The annual production capacity reaches 4 million square meters, covering an area of over 80,000 square meters.
Inorganic terrazzo production base
The inorganic terrazzo production base introduced the world's most advanced outdoor usable inorganic stone production process equipment from Italy in 2011, and built the first outdoor inorganic stone production line. Currently, the factory mainly produces terrazzo large boards, terrazzo integrated bathrooms, terrazzo landscape furniture, art sheet large boards, etc. The production base covers an area of 60,000 square meters and has an annual production capacity of over 2.8 million square meters.
