Choose high-quality, uniform-colored, and correctly sized rough blocks.

Cut the rough blocks into slabs or strips.

Process the slabs with various finishes such as polishing, flamed, or bush-hammered.

Use an infrared cutting machine to cut the slabs into specified tile sizes.

Check the tiles for quality and determine if they need to be treated for water resistance.

Allow the tiles to dry after any treatments.

Package the tiles in wooden crates for protection and shipping.
