Own Marble Factory
We have our own marble factory in Shijing Town (close to Shuitou Town, the largest stone market in China). We specialize in producing marble wall and floor tiles, kitchen countertops and vanity tops for residential and hotel projects or reconstruction buildings. We can select high quality blocks and slabs, together with our excellent workmanship, which can enable us to always have the best quality products. This is our marble video for your reference.
Production process flow of large slabs and tiles:
Material selection - shaping - sawing - gluing - polishing – infrared ray cutting slabs into tiles- Dry-laying tiles on the floor for waterproof and inspection - packaging.
Step 1: Mining raw stone from stone mining area
Step 2: The raw stone is concentrated in the waste material storage area and waiting for processing
Step 3: The raw stone to be processed is sent to the commonly known as the large section plant. (Primary processing plant) Cut the raw stone into "big slabs"
Step 4: The sawn slab has a yield of about 80%.
Step 5: Fill, grind and polish the cut slabs
Step 6: The processed slabs are transported to the stone warehouse for storage or sales in the exhibition hall.
Step 7: Send the stone slabs sold to the factory for processing and Carry out cutting, edging and surface treatment according to the design.
Step 8: Transport the finished stone products to the construction site.
