Current key to-do items:

• Bill of Lading Confirmation: Please submit accurate bill of lading to the forwarder immediately or as soon as possible, including complete information of the consignee and notify party, and carefully check the draft bill of lading to ensure that all information (product name, quantity, weight, volume, etc.) is correct.
• Preparation of relevant documents: Start preparing the necessary documents for customs declaration and clearance, such as:

1. Commercial Invoice
2. Packing List
3. Sales Contract
4. Certificate of Origin ( Form E )  (if required by the customer)

Communicate with the consignee: formally notify the Thai consignee of the estimated time of arrival (ETA) so that they can arrange customs clearance, pay taxes (usually related to granite), and schedule trailer pickup in advance.

Follow up process reminder:

1. After the ship leaves the port: Our freight forwarder will provide you with a bill of lading ( Telex release or original according to the agreement) and a notice of arrival issued by the shipping company.
2. After the goods arrive at the port, they will enter the destination port terminal yard. The consignee needs to complete customs declaration, tax payment and other procedures with the customs clearance documents, and then go to the port to handle the container pickup procedures with the delivery order.

I always maintain close communication with freight forwarders, obtain the latest shipping schedule updates, and confirm all processes and time nodes.
