It is not allowed to grind the plate into pits. The main tool of the water mill is the pneumatic water mill, and the common model is DK-215. The main consumables are various numbers of water grinding discs. There are six types from thick to thin: 50 #, 150 #, 500 #, 1000 #, 2000 #, and 3000 #. The water mill shall use different types of water mill discs in the order of coarse to fine. The principle of water mill is only to grind the connection position, and the position without residual glue generally does not need water mill.
First check whether the residual glue at the splice is scraped clean. If not, use an angle grinder to grind off the large residual glue. During the water mill, hold the water mill with both hands, make the grinding plate form an angle of 5 ° - 10 ° with the plane to be ground, and make the width of the water mill as narrow as possible. Note: Use a rag to dry while grinding to check whether the sand mark is well ground. Until all types of water grinding discs are grinded. After grinding all the abrasive discs, dry them with a clean rag to check the smoothness and glossiness of the connecting port and whether there are obvious sand marks. Rework and regrind the parts that are not in place.
Place the water retaining edge on the water grinding table at the water retaining edge and fix it. Check whether the width of the whole water retaining edge is consistent. Do not use inconsistent ones. Then check whether the arc of the water retaining edge has gong misalignment. The arc is correct on the front side and misaligned on the reverse side. During the water mill, hold the water mill with both hands and walk along the arc of the water retaining edge to ensure that the arc of the water retaining edge is not deformed. After grinding one abrasive plate, replace the next abrasive plate. Grind it in the same way until the previous sand mark is removed. Repeat this process until all types of abrasive plates are finished. After grinding all the abrasive discs, dry them with a clean rag to check the smoothness and glossiness of the connecting port and whether there are obvious sand marks. Rework and regrind the parts that are not in place.
