A brief Introduction to Zhenhao Stone Factory
The 1960s-born BOSS of ZHENHAO STONE Company, who has been working in the Stone Industry since her graduation from Xiamen University. Our granite factory is located in Gushan Village, Shijing Town, Nan'an City, Fujian Province. At the beginning, our factory was also very small, starting from a small workshop. As the stone industry was still in its early stages of development, our native granite blocks were typically exported to foreign markets, and at the beginning we started producing some granite slabs and stone tiles, though the technology and equipment were relatively low at that time. Our factory has been looking for various opportunities to cooperate through the way of exhibitions, directly visiting customers and other information, fortunately, we obtained some loyal customers and friends, including our regular Japanese customers.
Because we are all diligent and kind people who focus on quality, we grow step by step. As per our boss, there was a high-rise building project in Japan which was in urgent need of a dark green granite in 2003. However, It was difficult to purchase the material on the market. Our boss went straight to the Granite Quarry. At that time, the mining equipment was relatively backward, and the daily mining output was limited. Not only was the quality of raw materials relatively poor, but the mining output was also far from our production needs. Our boss sent people to supervise the workers and insisted on working with the mining workers to track the blocks progress every day. We also invested in new equipment and men to solve the problem of mining efficiency. At the same time, our granite factory has always adhered to high-quality production, such as polishing processing to improve the gloss degree of the polishing. When flaming the granite surface, it is necessary to flame the tile evenly without obvious flaming marks. At last, with our great efforts, we successfully completed the large project of tens of thousands of square meters of exterior wall dry hanging granite tiles. Our exquisite finished stone products were provided to Japan's "NTT Nagoya Project", and the project won the Japanese Architectural Design Award.
As our company continued to grow steadily, we came to the conclusion that we needed our own granite quarry in order to produce and supply our own materials. Therefore, we have put a lot of efforts into investing in Quarry, and have successively invested in mining several mines, such as G023 Grey Landscape stone, G029 (similar to G681), and G050 Ivory white granite. Along the way, we not only have a granite factory, but also set up a marble processing factory near it.
Since 2007, we have participated in the China Xiamen International Stone Fair each year and have been working with the clients we met there. From manufacturing domestic marble and granite to imported stones, our products have evolved gradually. While doing this, we choose premium blocks from overseas mines and import them to China, where we then directly process them in our own factories to fulfill the high demands of our Japanese customers.
With the development of our factory, the stone industry has been constantly changing, and we have also improved our service and production capabilities based on customer needs. Now our granite factory covers an area of 53000 square meters and can produce 8000 square meters of products per month, there are 7 circular saw machines, 5 manual grinding machines, 1 automatic polishing machine, 1 automatic cutting machine for thick tiles, 5 automatic infrared ray cutting machines, 2 hand cutting machines, 1 calibration machine, 4 moulding machines, 2 edges-calibration machines, 3 PC drilling machines, 2 drilling machines, 1 large drilling machine, 14 cranes, 8 forklifts etc.. At present, our granite factory has three dry-laying workshops with covering an area of 2000 square meters, which can meet customers' comprehensive requirements for dry-laying.
And our marble factory is also equipped with various corresponding production equipment, such as circular saw machines, 3 manual grinding machines, 1 automatic polishing machine, 1 automatic infrared ray cutting machine, 1 calibration machine, 2 moulding machines , 1 auto edge bevel machine, 2 drilling machines, cranes and forklifts, etc. Our dry-laying workshop covers an area of 4000 square meters, It can meet the layout requirements of large-scale projects.
