To ensure the customer's satisfaction and establish trust, we provide a formal invoice and contract for their confirmation before requesting a 30% deposit to fund the production process. Once we receive the deposit, our factory manager carefully selects the highest quality materials based on the customer's requirements. We use advanced equipment to cut blocks and polish the slabs, and then we use an infrared edge-cutting machine to precisely cut each slab to the designated size.

Each piece of tile is numbered and inspected by our quality inspector to ensure that it meets the customer's specifications. We also provide additional services such as waterproof protection and secondary processing if necessary. Once everything is in order, we take pictures of the finished product, which the customer must approve before we carefully pack the tiles in sturdy wooden crates.
