How are marble tiles made

Marble tiles are made from natural marble stone that is quarried from mountains and then cut into slices. The process of making marble tiles involves several steps, including the excavation of the marble blocks from quarries and the transportation of these blocks to factories for processing.

Once the blocks reach the processing plant, they are sliced into slabs using large saw blades. The slabs are then polished using various machines and techniques to achieve a smooth and polished surface.

The polished slabs are then cut into tiles of the required size using specialized machines. The edges of the tiles are cut and polished to ensure they are smooth and uniform in size.

Finally, the tiles are inspected for quality control before they are packaged and shipped to retailers or customers who use them in their homes, offices, or other commercial spaces.
